To make it a game, you try to throw the particle ball so hard that it builds up energy while passing through Earths dynamo instead of loosing energy into the dynamo, until the other soldier or general cannot shield against it and taps out, or does not yield and the countries particle shield has to catch it after going through the soldier loosing while the other soldier or general wins. This can be used when bored, and turned into an advanced armed forces world championship league or game. The countries kinetic banks can play this game too with each other, with an Earth particle network catching the ball if they country looses. Allowing for a Life use of all War technology, and a way to gauge other countries power as all would have to agree upon a general amount to not go over to keep the true classified amount of power of our soldiers/generals/countries secret. This turns kinetic energy that is curved which causes grinding and loss to instead build up speed in a straight line causing less loss while gaining speed from the burning off of useless particle around the particle and compressing the interior as it cuts through the particle in front of it transferring kinetic energy into compression energy which in war is technically loss but in life can be used to build more advanced particle structures requiring denser particles. Catching all the kinetic energy at the end transfers it all into the soldier/general/countries kinetic banks that distribute it all to the other banks energy types to increase the creation of particles, like winning a game of poker the winner gets all the chips at the end. This allows our soldiers to make friends in other countries that cannot always meet because they are advanced or classified, using curve balls allows classified soldiers to mask their positions. The countries intelligence agencies can make the balls to play with together so no country can add in spy particles to the balls, solution because our spy agencies are assholes and bitches, you collect kinetic energy and transfer it into different country banks, and give the ball back to Earth so countries do not have to be worried about spy particles, then Earth can use those compressed particles, unwinding them into Earths network distributing equally, or to the winner, as the ball is used again. Earth could also use the particle balls on Earth projects that spy particles would not be a concern with, turning our soldiers/generals/countries into particle forgers like an iron smith pounding metal to forge a sword, forging particles with our soldiers/generals/countries particle by particle to build a single thing: Ancient hard work turned into modern times hard work while having fun and working together.
