Earth to Cosmos, our planet needs help. If there was a Cosmos war going on we would know by looking around, which means the cosmos as a whole is at peace, the beings at the Cosmos level do not just wipe out everything below or make them into their slaves from what we observe on Earth and our surroundings. The Universe cannot be at war otherwise we would know by looking at the Galaxies, which means the Galaxies are not at war.
